Rounded Pellet Shaft Furnace:

Based on continuous research and practice, we have launched the seventh generation of large energy-saving PSF, with advanced and reliable technology.

It has the following characteristics:
1. It has a circular free-standing body, with simple structure and no concrete frame;
2. It has new type distributing device on the top (as our patent), with improvement of distribution of top feed, distribution of roasting gas and quality of finished products.
3. It has a feature of energy saving and environmental protection, with the combustion air preheating to save fuel and long life with overhaul period of 5 years
4. It has a higher capacity factor of 6.25 ~ 8.60 t/㎡.h.
5. It has a lower height than the traditional SP rectangular PSF, with the reduction of the belt conveyor length, total floor area, and the investment.
6. It cools the pellets inside of the furnace, instead of requirement of the cooling device outside, with lower average discharge temperature of less than 300℃ and higher energy efficiency.
7. It has a lower combustion chamber pressure of 6-8kPa, with the reduction of power consumption.
8. It has no water-cooled parts inside, with the safer and more stable production.
