Characteristics of SP pellet shaft furnace:
1. Use low calorific value blast furnace gas or generator gas for roasting.
2. Use drying bed - air guide wall technology. Due to the low oxygen content in the combustion chamber exhaust gas, in order to improve the oxidizing atmosphere of the roasting zone, some cooling air is required to pass through the roasting zone. The amount of cold air entering the roasting zone can be determined by adjusting the operating system and the parameters of the air guide wall.
3. The balanced heat time in the shaft furnace is sufficient, and the passing amount of cold air outside the wall is considered in the design of the air deflector wall, so that the air flow distributed in the roasting zone is more reasonable, and the sufficient oxidation atmosphere in the roasting zone is guaranteed without affecting the roasting temperature.
4. The combustion chamber of the shaft furnace adopts a circular shape with good structural strength, close to both sides of the furnace body, and is configured at right angles to ensure safe combustion and a uniform and oxidizing atmosphere.
5. The water beam of the air guide wall adopts a cross-connected structure with a long service life; the wall is built with large high-temperature wear-resistant prefabricated blocks, which are not easy to deform and collapse. At the same time, the ventilation area is increased and the wind speed in the air guide wall is reduced, thereby reducing the scouring of the air guide wall and extending the service life of the air guide wall and the maintenance cycle of the vertical furnace.
In combination with the production practice, we have continuously improved the structure of SP PSF, so that its service life and production have been further improved.
6. The installation of the wind guide wall increases the amount of cold air, reduces the temperature of the pellets, improves the drying capacity, and reduces the energy consumption of the pellets.
